Details
Every answer the client enters is saved to their session in real time. The save is automatic — there's no save button and nothing the client needs to do.
The session link is the client's access point. Returning to the same URL resumes from exactly where they left off — even on a different device.
Autosave keeps answers alive until the session expiration date you set. After expiration, the link becomes inactive and incomplete sessions are voided.
Clients who get interrupted mid-interview don't lose their work. They can return to the link on their own schedule and complete from where they stopped.
Autosave works through the session link alone — no sign-in, no password, no account. The link itself authenticates the client's session.
In-progress sessions appear in your Docuplete dashboard with their current completion status — so you can see who has started and who hasn't finished.
