Docuplete works with any PDF you already use. Upload once, send a link every time.
How it works
Clients don't download anything or create an account. They open a link, answer questions on any device, and submit.
Upload the form you already use — any standard PDF. A package can hold multiple documents filled from one interview.
Use the visual mapper to drag answer boxes onto the PDF. Set each field's label, type, and whether it requires a signature.
Generate a unique client link. They fill a step-by-step interview — no login required. You get a completed, signed PDF.
Built for your workflow
Clients sign electronically. Docuplete verifies identity via email OTP before accepting — producing a legally defensible audit trail for every submission.
Completed PDFs are automatically saved to your Google Drive folder after every submission. Configure a default folder or override per package.
Submission data syncs to HubSpot contacts automatically. Docuplete finds or creates the contact, maps field values to properties, and attaches the completed PDF.
Upload a CSV to generate hundreds of pre-filled PDFs in one run — one row per client. Built for renewals, mass disclosures, and high-volume document runs.
Fields can be conditional — only show a question if a previous answer triggers it. Clients see only what's relevant to their situation.
Every submission records who signed, when, from which device, and what they submitted. Enterprise plans add RFC 3161 trusted timestamps.

Advisor workflows in practice
From prospect onboarding to annual compliance refreshes — these are the workflows advisors automate first.
After a prospect books a discovery call, an automated email delivers a Docuplete intake link. The interview collects current assets and liabilities, income sources, investment objectives, risk comfort level, and family situation. By the time the advisor sits down for the first meeting, they have a completed, signed intake document in Google Drive. The conversation starts at strategy — not at "what's your date of birth?"
Advisors bundle the transfer of assets form and beneficiary designation form into a single Docuplete package. The client answers one interview — retirement account type, current custodian, transfer amount, beneficiary names and percentages — and both forms are filled and signed from that single session. No separate DocuSign round-trips. No chasing a second signature two weeks later.
RIAs and broker-dealers with dozens or hundreds of clients use Docuplete's CSV batch feature for annual review season. Upload a CSV with client names and email addresses — Docuplete generates a pre-filled interview link for each row. Clients update their risk tolerance, confirm income changes, and re-acknowledge required disclosures. The advisor downloads completed, signed PDFs in bulk for their compliance file.
Compliance-driven advisors use Docuplete to collect periodic KYC updates — current employer, beneficial ownership confirmations, politically exposed person status — without scheduling a meeting. The interview is short (under 5 minutes for most clients), signed via email OTP, and the completed form arrives in the advisor's submission bank with a full audit trail. The AML file stays current without staff time.
Frequently asked questions
Docuplete generates a complete audit trail for every submission — who signed, when, from which IP address, and an OTP-verified identity record. The signed PDF and its audit record are stored in your submission bank and optionally synced to Google Drive. Whether this satisfies your specific FINRA or SEC recordkeeping obligations depends on your custodian arrangement and compliance setup — your compliance officer should confirm. Many RIA firms use Docuplete alongside their existing recordkeeping infrastructure.
Yes. Upload your Form ADV Part 2 brochure as a PDF package, add a single signature field for the client's acknowledgement, and send the link at onboarding or the annual delivery date. The client reviews the document in the same session and signs electronically. The signed acknowledgement — with timestamp and OTP verification — is stored and downloadable for your compliance file.
For joint accounts, you can build a package that includes fields for both account holders. Docuplete's conditional logic lets you show "Joint account holder" sections only when the client indicates the account is joint. Each field can be mapped to the correct location on your account application form — primary holder fields to their section, joint holder fields to theirs — all from one interview session.
Docuplete integrates natively with HubSpot and Google Drive. For Redtail or Wealthbox, many advisors use Docuplete's outbound webhook — on each submission, Docuplete posts the field data to a Zapier or Make.com workflow that creates or updates the CRM contact. The completed PDF is always available to download from the submission bank for manual import if needed.
Partial sessions are visible in your Docuplete submission bank, clearly marked as incomplete. The client's link remains active — they can return to it and pick up where they left off. Advisors can also send a manual reminder or use the automated reminder feature (available on Pro and higher plans) to prompt the client to complete their submission.
