PDF Automation
PDF automation isn't just filling a form. It's collecting the right data, generating the document, capturing a verified signature, and delivering it to every system that needs it — without a human touching it at any step. That's what Docuplete does.
The complete pipeline
Most "PDF automation" tools handle one step: filling a form, or collecting a signature. Docuplete runs the complete pipeline — from data collection to final delivery — without manual handoffs between steps.
Step 1
Your existing form — fixed layout, scanned, or interactive
Step 2
Drag boxes onto each field; one answer fills multiple locations
Step 3
Guided interview, any device, no account needed
Step 4
Filled automatically from client answers
Step 5
E-signature with identity verification in same session
Step 6
Stored, Drive synced, HubSpot updated, webhook fired
What gets automated
Replaces the manual data collection step. Clients answer questions one at a time on any device — conditional logic skips irrelevant sections. No emailed PDFs, no handwriting, no re-keying.
Client answers are placed on the PDF at exact visual coordinates — overlaid onto any PDF, including scanned images with no AcroForm fields. Generated on submission, not on demand.
The client signs in the same session. Identity verified via email one-time passcode. RFC 3161 trusted timestamp applied. SHA-256 hash recorded. Signing certificate page appended.
Completed PDF saved to your submission bank, auto-synced to your Google Drive or Dropbox folder, and attached to the HubSpot contact — without any manual download or upload.
On submission, your endpoint receives a signed webhook containing all submitted field values and a link to the completed PDF. Trigger downstream systems — practice management, CRM, billing — automatically.
Create sessions via the REST API with field values prefilled. Use the TypeScript SDK (@docuplete/sdk) or Python SDK (docuplete) for full programmatic control.
