Enterprise plans include SCIM 2.0 provisioning. When a team member is added to or removed from your identity provider, Docuplete is updated automatically — no manual seat management, no orphaned accounts.
What it covers
Technical details
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) allows your identity provider to automatically push user lifecycle events to Docuplete — create, update, and delete — without any manual steps.
When a team member is added to the Docuplete group in your IdP, a Docuplete account is created for them automatically. They can sign in immediately using SAML SSO.
When a team member leaves your organization and is removed from your IdP, their Docuplete access is revoked automatically. No orphaned accounts, no forgotten manual deprovisioning.
Group memberships in your identity provider can be mapped to Docuplete roles — controlling what each team member can access within the account.
Docuplete's SCIM implementation is compatible with Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, and other major SCIM 2.0-capable identity providers.
SCIM and SAML SSO work together as a complete identity integration: SSO handles authentication, SCIM handles the user lifecycle. Together they give your IT team centralized control over Docuplete access.
